Wednesday Tour of Virginia

03_Wed Harpers Ferry was the end of the Tour of Virginia. Unfortunately, Betty and I were the only participants left to enjoy this historic town where the Potomac and Shenandoah Rivers join as others had pressing business and long drives home.  We walked through the National Park restored town, crossed the Potomac River on a walkway attached to the train trestle and viewed the ruins of the C&O Canal and viewed our Hotel from below.
