WinterTech 2008 was held at Black Forest LLC in Milwaukie, Wisconsin and it was hosted by John Lewenauer.  Michael McKinney opened his shop and had his employees became instructors for the 46 Group members that came to the frozen north, putting the "Winter" in "WinterTech" (temperatures between -8o and +20o).   List of Attendees
